Fundraising has always been a challenge for non-profit organizations, especially small 501(c)(3) non-profits like Savvy Cyber Kids. Add the events of 2020 on top of everything else and we needed a new way to fundraise that will help us to continue to develop new and updated learning materials for parents and educators of today’s youth.
We are trying something new, a raffle where the winner gets a new car (and cash). And not just any car, but a car that aligns with what we do at Savvy Cyber Kids!
Our mission is to enable youth, families and school communities to be empowered by technology, recognizes that children are “Digital Naives” who, without intervention, completely lack understanding of the implications of their digital actions. Savvy Cyber Kids provides resources for parents and teachers to educate children as they grow up in a world surrounded by technology by teaching numerous Cyber Safety & Ethics concepts such as personal Internet safety, bully response, technology balance, digital reputation and privacy.
What is the most technologically advanced car on the road today? We say Tesla, sooooooo….we are excited to announce that starting November 1, 2020 and ending November 30, 2020 we will be running a raffle where the Grand Prize Promotion winner will receive a Tesla Model 3 plus $10,000 cash!
